"The ladder was left upstairs and I had to take it down. There was dirt left on the rug so I vacumned. Stuff was left lying around from the old fan taken down in the kitchen. I am a neat person so I guess Ithat is the reason for my comments. He was a very nice person and did a good job if you overlooked that stuff. "
