"It was a simple ceiling fan install but they wouldn't give us a quote over the phone. They insisted on coming over to provide some kind of electrical inspection that we didn't need. Then when they got here, they quoted a steep price for just the labor (we had the new fans ready). We ended up haggling and still settled for a cost higher than what we anticipated. On hindsight, we should've just gone with the Yellow Pages or asked our neighbors. Quality of service was good but way too expensive."
