"Communication was very poor. When I called the company to inquire when they were going to begin installing the roofing system, I was told they would check it out and call me right back. However, they didn't call me right back. I finally called them the next day. The installer told me he was going to start installing the pannels on a certain day but didn't show up and didn't call me to let me know when he was going to begin working. Finally over a month after I signed the contract and after several calls to the company my roofing was installed."
