"I hired Kim to complete architectural drawings for an addition AFTER the work was completed, as per the City's requirements and it was a struggle. Nevertheless, Kim and I struggled with the city requirements for 5 months and finally met all of the city's demands after 6 face-to-face meetings. Throughout the entire process Kim maintained a high level of professionalism and patience. I personally appreciated the fact that she worked around my schedule for meeting in the early morning hours.
