"They visited the same day as my request to service magic to give the estimate. I accepted after discussing a price and they came back the same day to work. The work ended up being a little more than they had thought and finished up the next day. They stayed with their initial estimate and did not ask for more money. They were professional and cleaned up their workspace."

"Rivas could have taken advantage of us and told us that we needed major work done to our house. Instead, Rivas told us the truth and alerted us that there does not appear to be fundamental issues with our foundation. We are not hiring this organization because apparently, we do not have a serious foundation issues but considering how important honesty is, I would recommend others to contact them"
