"We had a 'small' job combing two condos in Washington, DC. Having no experience with renovation or architects, we did not know what to expect. Larry was excellent! Before we hired him, he spent an hour in our condo helping us with designs and ideas. After he was hired, Larry created formal design plans for presentation to both our Condo Board and the city in about three weeks. He had to return twice to verify measurements and each time he came in the evening. I am a military officer and my wife is an attorney - so our work hours are hectic, but Larry was flexible. We are very, very pleased with his work and highly recommend him."
