"ARS sent a representative out to look at our furnace, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Ultimately, we had to replace our furnace and went with a different company altogether for this service, but ARS was able to come out and diagnose our problem the day we called, and the representative who came to discuss our replacement options was also knowledgeable and very helpful."
