"Jim, the owner arrived on time and began to explain to me what he was going to do. He actually showed me the pcitures on the camera and discussed how roots build up in your pipes. He went above and beyond the intial call and cleaned out the pipes as well...the fee for the actual amount of time he spent was nominal. He recommend preventative maintainence and the costs invoved. He was very professional, friendly and worked to get the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend Jim to everyone who needs this type of service. Service Magic....you've got a "gem" with "Jim". "I needed to determine where the sump pump french drain ended and if it was clogged up. Two other people had attempted and advised me that I should dig and re-route the drain. They also stated the drain was crushed under ground. This did not satisfy me. I located Hydro Physics on the internet, filled out the requested information and received a call from John. John was great! He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He determined where the end location of the drain was. (Covered up with sod) Also, mud was clogging the drain. He removed the mud and referred me to a company, if I want to change the routing of the drain"
