"Overall, a pleasure to work with. Faith, who was running the office & coordinating everything, worked with my busy schedule to ensure the work was done on the day that fit for me. John did the actual work of replacing the tankless water heater, rewired the unit to better protect it from electrical surges, and cleaned up everything when he was done. Very nice job all around. Highly recommended. (This is being resubmitted to ensure it was received.)"

"We had an expansion tank on our water heater break. Once I filled out my ServiceMagic form, the dispatcher called right away and was pleasant and friendly. She scheduled for later in the day, but then called back when there was an earlier opening. Brian called when he was on his way, showed up on time, and was very nice. He provided detailed information to my husband and me so that we understood what he was doing. He also helped us with a slow bathtub drain. The total price was $135. I'd certainly use Rooter Man again, if needed!"
