Comment: I am renting this home first of all, the garage is a remote controlled door and isn't opening all the way, with using the remote anymore. It takes several re-takes to get the door to finally open. With that being said, I have asked my landlord to have this annoying problem checked/fixed and nothing has been done so I am now going to have to get your service to come and check this because I just need it to work properly. If you can give me an estimate, for service call, hourly charges etc.. that would be great. I was told it may just be a loose spring? Whatever that means, I do not speak garage..lol. I would greatly appreciate any quotes you can give as I am footing this bill, thanks!
