"Chris is awesome! We had a very unique issue to resolve that could have been very costly had Chris been unable to resolve it. We had a clog in our central vac system (from a contractor who had used our central vac during construction). As we live in a three story home, if we couldn't unclog the pipe we would have to go through the ceiling. Chris sent Justin out with a small 25' snake. Justine was great!!! He gently fed the snake through the central vacuum outlet. Turned out 25' was too short. Chris ordered a 50' snake and Justin came back. He was successful (pulled out a screw). He only charged us the original quote!! Great job guys!!!!"
