"The woman I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and tried to work around my schedule. The two men who came to do the job were on time and figured out what had to be fixed and completed the job within an hour. They were quick and courteous. The cost was reasonable. I would use this company again."

"Fraitag workers were very good - they came to inspect a leak - and did a nice job in fixing everything up. They were courteous, helpful and efficient. The problem was totally unnecessary nickel and diming. The bill came to $340 in time charges which was for 2.5 hrs at $34 for every quarter hour. At least 45 minutes was for travel time to get parts they did not have with them. Even with the most generous time estimates, it shouldn't have been more than 2 hours. But instead of acknowledging this and keeping the customer happy, Fraitag wouldn't budge - for 0.5 hours he has lost a future customer who was otherwise happy."

"The main sewer pipe clogged and I was not able to open the trap. I got several call back from plumbers but Braitag Plumbing was able to come within the hour. Their plumber was not able to open the trap either and had to cut the top off and put on another cap. To make matters more difficult I had a doctor's appointment and had to leave. But when I returned the problem was completely cleared and I have had no more difficulty with the sewer line. Thank you very much."
