"John was very responsive - the first surprise. Every time I have searched for a good furniture refinisher in the past, it took forever for one to return my call. After assessing the job remotely via photos of the piece I needed remade, John came to the house to look in person, and provided us with an estimate range based on conditions that might be found when the piece (a 70 year old maple bed to be reworked from double to queen) was taken apart. John came in well within the estimate, finished in just 2 weeks, delivered and completely assembled the bed. An absolutely BEAUTIFUL JOB."
