"I'm so lucky to have had Tony come out than any other company. The reason being, he was very honest with me and gave me every possible option to fix what was't working. Not only that, but he didn't leave until it was fixed, even if I had to call another company to come out! In the end, he was able to repair it. Tony was very professional and personable. "After having numerous companies address the water issues I've been having I finally found a company that was responsive, professional, and honest. Tony Ciaravino was efficient, courteous, and very respectful. I called and he wass kind enough to make a troubleshooting call on Christmas Eve and to my surprise addressed the problem, fixed it, tested to see if the well was running properly and even did a courtesy follow-up call a few days later. In the past I've used Southern Water which could and should take lessons on how to do business professionally from Platinum Water Systems. in the future I will always contact and recommend Tony Ciaravino."
