"When the electrician could not install all the parts I had on hand he told me what I needed to buy to finish the job. Being unable to find this at 4 stores I called D.C. back and asked them to purchase the proper thermostat for the job. They came out within an hour and installed the one I needed. I asked Craig, the owner, if I owed him another $90 for the second visit as well as the cost of the thermostat and he said that he wasn't going to charge me the second $90 because he knew that I was going through a rough time now, I had lost my husband just 3 months ago. I can't tell you how very much I appreciated this kind gesture!"
