| Comment: I purchased my residence two years ago directly from the seller (FSBO), who reported to me she had additional insulation installed in home, which was above and beyond building requirements. Yet each winter an interior water pipe freezes and causes extensive damage and repair costs. additionally my utility bills are consistently excessive regardless of conservation efforts. In the summer months this house is uninhabitable on the second floor, as the only cooling system is a small swamp cooler in the window of the first floor bathroom. All four bedrooms are on the second floor. |
