"He contacted me right away, and came out and looked at the job to assess it immediately after that. Because of other jobs he had, he scheduled it for about 1.5 weeks later with me. He came when he said he would, and was even 10 minutes early on the day of his appointment. He worked steadily and updated me a few times to let me know what decisions he was making on the job and to check them with me. His rate is incredibly fair and he completed two jobs while at my house, and I could not be more pleased. He was efficient, kind, highly skilled, listened really well to what I was saying, and just did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier!"
