| Comment: i'm not sure if it's covered by our insurance. the has been spotting of black mold on the interior wall/ceiling along an exterior wall for the house. There's a tight attic above, but no signs of moisture. i think the attic has high humidity, or perhaps the roof venting is causing humidity along that wall. i have clean with a sporacidal disinfectant, and painted the surface, but the mold has returned (w/in 3 months). |
