"Overall the job provided by Fred Scott was excellent: he showed up 5 min before the agreed time and was very professional and efficient. Just before leaving he noticed a spot that was not perfectly clean and unrolled his equipment to make sure the stain was removed. The carpet now looks brand new and we will for sure call him nect time we need to clean our home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND..."

"On time; excellent cleaning in a timely manner. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the time it took to dry. We were told between 2 and 4 hours, and the project was completed about 11:30 a.m. When we went to bed at 10:00 p.m., the carpets were still damp. I would still use them again, and have told them so. Their work was excellent---my carpets, which haven't been cleaned in several years, looked terrific when they were finished."
