He was able to create a new frame for my existing shutters which had been damaged by improperly sealed windows. The frame match and color was well done and matched the shutters that didn't need to be replaced. I thought I was going to need brand new shutters but he was able to save what he could, recreate what I needed and match the old and new perfectly! Thank you Eli and Rudy for a job well done!"
