"I was very pleased with this service. We arranged an appointment via email and the person I dealt with was very responsive. When he came out not only did he quickly fix my one blind for a very reasonable cost but he also assessed my other blinds, suggesting that it was probably not worth the money as the pleated shade was starting to tear and would need to be replaced. He measured the windows for me, gave me all the information on the style and possible brand I could go with, gave me a quote and also suggested some other places I could look. No pressure, quick and friendly service, fair price. Can't ask for much more!"
