"So far our contact and discussions have been very productive and enjoyable. He hasn't done the work yet, but I think he appears to be very professional. Rob did a great job. He recommended colors and finishes for us and was very professional, on time and on budget. My one complaint is that I had to ask that a second coat of paint be added to the cabinets to hide the grain of the oak wood. I would have thought he would have taken it upon himself to recognize the need for a second coat, instead of waiting for me to see it. I would have been disappointed with the job had the additional coat not been applied. "
