"Raul responded to my request in a professional manner. While the project was small it was also challenging as it required the custom making of pieces of crown molding and installation. Raul kept in constant communication via email and phone. Other contractors seemed less interested in my project and preferred to communicate only by phone. I was the customer and my choice to use Raul was based on his level of communication along with commitment to do the work correct the first time. I don't respond well to being told from contractors that they only do business by phone. In today's age multiple forms of communication need to be applied. Raul exceeded my expectations along with cost and I will consider him for future work."
