"As we began the selection process for a termite control company my wife and I were concerned about quality, thoroughness, professionalism and cost. Although other companies' reps had some of these qualities, Bobby from Olde Time, was very thorough and professional and provided the most detailed identification of the areas that needed repair. His estimate, unlike others, included full responsibility for breakage of concrete roof tiles, which was a major concern of ours. We ultimately selected Olde Time for their professionalism, thoroughness of the fumigation and repair plan, responsibility for roof tile breakage, and, more importantly, for providing the lowest and most reasonable cost estimate. When the work began they arrived on time and completed the two phases of the project - repair and fumigation - exactly as promised and on schedule.
