"Mr. Garrett was prompt and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about my washing machine and immediately diagnosed the problem correctly. Not only was he helpful with this particular repair but also offered good advice for other appliance problems/issues. The price was very fair. He cleaned up well after taking the machine apart and putting it back together. Communication was excellent. He'll be the first service person I call in future if/when I have any more appliance problems. Highly recommended."

"He was very nice and did repair our washer. My only problem with him was that he didn't get back to me with information when he said he was going to; I had to call him to find out if he was able to obtain the part and when he would arrive to install it."

"The service was excellent. Over the busy Thanksgiving holiday the repair service made a special effort to schedule an appointment with us. The service technician was extremely efficient, pleasant and then insisted on charging us for the service call only when our oven repair proved to be a minor problem that could easily be fixed. We will definitely use this company again."
