"Michael contacted me the same day via email. We met and did the inspection and discussed the strategy and pricing. He was extremely nice and showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He shared many ideas and his knowledge of how to control termintes was excellent. This is a local mom and pop setup, that is very professional and courteous. Its good to work with locals that you can trust to do the best job they can with existing technology. MIchael told me he would come back when and if needed to address any future concerns. There pricing was better than the larger companies. I would use this company again. Alex"
