They were out the next day to do a full and very thorough inspection and made us comfortable with what needed to be done. We scheduled an appt that day. "We decided to go with Magic because they matched the extended warrantee price of the lowest bidder. Additionally, we called Nelson, (ON LABOR DAY), and left him a message. Within 2hrs, he called back said that he could indeed be there the following day by noon. His co-worker arrived on time and Nelson joined him by 1:00pm. They finished the job before 5pm, cleaned up and headed to their next appointment. Wow, what great, pleasant, professional service. "
