Comment: I mainly would like the deck stripped, cleaned and restained. Some deck boards should probably also be replaced since they are very weathered. The deck is quite old so weathering is an issue on a lot of it. I considered a deck restore product (very thick stain/paint mixed with sand or some other gritty substance) and would like a recommendation on the paint, stain or sealer to use.
