The scope of the project was 1) install a wooden privacy fence 2) repair, refinish and paint drywall and insulation damage in 2 bathrooms and first floor. It is a rental property so work needed to be done on a tight schedule to minimize inconvenience to tenants. He did all of the work in 5 days (on schedule). The work was very satisfactory. My tenants told me that each day, the crew cleaned up and they were always professional. All change orders communicated in writing as needed. I was very satisfied with his service."
