"Charlie came to my residence and gave me an estimate for rug replacement for a spare bedroom and two sets of stairs and a small hallway. He also gave me an estimate for new hardwood flooring in my master bedroom. He was very honest and suggested that it wasn't necessary to spend a fortune to install the hardwood flooring. The estimate was extremely reasonable and less than we expected. The work done by his subcontractors was excellent. I would definitely recommend his company to my family and friends for any flooring needs. I was extremely satisfied during the entire process."

"Charlie came to see the scope of work and gave me an estimate. He's very knowledgable about flooring and offered various options and priced within my budget. On the day of work, I expected Charlie to show up in the beginning but instead I was greeted by subcontractors. I wasn't completely happy with the finished project, but it was satisfactory. I wished Charlie showed up at least once during the work, but he didn't. If I had known the project was going to be subcontracted then I probably would have thought twice."
