Charlie is a true professional, he was patient throughout the process, coming to my apartment several times to discuss the floors. His wood choice and suggestion to put in the floors on the diagonal could not be better. I'm very happy I went with him and I highly recommend him. His crew did a fantastic job, they worked very hard, they overcame all difficulties with ease, the workmanship was top-rate.
