"too long a period between when proposal was sent and contacting me after I returned it. both times I had to initial follow-up and dispite what the company web site says that no job is too small, I was told that my job was "small" and that's why I had to wait. that's never a good thing to say when a company does multiple services. I have several "big" projects and who I use is lagely based on customer service. I've had some bad experiences. for people who don't care as much...the door they installed today and it looks great and they quoted me a great price. I'm told they will return to install the trim in a few days."
