"After spending a good amount of time requesting estimates from a variety of floor finishers and researching the various methods of floor finishing, my wife and I decided upon "Affordable Wood Floors Inc." We chose this company, not because it was the least expensive, but rather because Kim Hammel impressed us the most with his understanding of floor refinishing and with his concern for producing an excellent final product. I can honestly say that we were more than just a little happy with the outcome. "Extremely happy with the service. Of the estimates I had, they were the lowest price. We had about 500 square feet of flooring redone (removing carpeting and refinishing existing hardwood floors) and installing two new wood floor vents. They completely finished the job in one day, with virtually no dust. The floors were dry enough to walk on the next day, and we could move furniture onto them a couple of days later. Working with Kim was a pleasure. He was very friendly and professional, listened to what we wanted and found solutions that worked for us. I have already (and will continue to) recommended them to others. Outstanding work!"
