"The workers showed up when they said they would and worked hard on the mess that was my fireplace and chimney. Much of the framing around the fireplace was rotten, which was not part of the contract, so I had to work around the J.H.Kinard workers to repair it. We were able to work around each other to get the job done on time. There was one point of confusion regarding the fireplace glass doors, but this was resolved quickly. The hardware was in stock but the workers had to drive between locations to retrieve everything. This delayed the process. The amount charged was the amount agreed upon. They left the work area broom clean."
