"The owner, Melissa, was very professional and friendly and her rates were terrific. On the downside, her employees seemed quite inexperienced. A few times I had to go behind and ask for things to be re-done. Also, there were two items broken, one a ceramic item made by my daughter. It was somewhat precarious on the shelf, but obiviously so, others have cleaned the area w/o incident. The other was an accident that was unavoidable and the item was not valuable. Melissa did offer to pay for the items, but there really was no way for me to judge that value. The ladies were all friendly and receptive to my suggestions. Pretty good over all."
