"I needed a swamp cooler replacement on a 61 year old home. Mike was great as was his assistant. Mike gave me the worst and best case assessments - lucky for me it came in at the best - but I appreciated knowing up front what charges might be incurred. I completely trusted this dynamic duo and since I could not take off from work I gave them the key to my house and access to my refrigerator contents on the very hot day they worked on top of my house.
