"One of the major complaints I have had with contractors in the past is their lack of responsibility when it comes to timeliness. I found Jay Harrison showed up when he said he would and stayed till he completed the job for me. I have now used him on two jobs, one in my kitchen enlarging my island and the other was the removal of a sliding door and installation of a French door along with replacing a couple off windows. I am a picky person and I found his work to be very professional and complete. All trash and old materials were removed and hauled from my home."

"Classic Kitchens was not the lowest priced contractor but Paul spent time upfront to design the kitchen, make changes that I wanted, and showed me what it would look like - prior to starting work. As with any project, there were a couple of glitches that were beyond the control of Classic Kitchens or their subcontractors (they hire out a lot of the work to other subcontractors). Steve, the project manager, was proactive most of the time and he caught and corrected some of the issues before I even noticed them. The end result is fabulous and all visitors are amazed at the transformation. "
