"Immediately after we contacted Service Magic Bill Vaughn contacted us, made an appointment to come to our house to assess the project and give an estimate. We set a time for him to do the over the stove microwave install. He showed up on time, was personable and professional, got the job done very quickly and under the estimate he had given us. The finished project looks great. He even swept the floor before he left.
