"I experience was actually for my mother. I email Doug and he contact within 24 hours. He went to my mothers house and then sent me a estimate. His prices were less than we expected. Once I have confirmed with him that we wanted him to do the job, his crew was at my mother's house in a few days. The job they did was unbelievable. My mother could not be happier with the work and for my mother to be happy .... Well lets just say that is not an easy task. My mother had already stated that she will use R&D again in the future.
