"Biltwell Construction did an excellent job on our deck. Mike contacted us and was very professional, but not pushy. His consideration convinced me to allow Biltwell Construction to do the job, after another contractor scammed us out of $950 for the same job. Mike was understanding about our reservations to trust another contractor. Once started, Gene watched over the project and kept us informed. The workers were courteous and un-obtrusive. They completed the job quickly and even did a few other minor repairs at no extra cost. Best of all, the deck is beautiful and with a roof, which we had not initially planned! "
