"I hired 'New Look' for minor roof repairs. All people that I communicated with, both on the phone and in person, were courteous and attentive. They were helpful in working to my schedule. My only complaint is that I never recieved a 'documented' reciept, only an initialed 3x5 description of the repair (in pencil)."

"Everything went will until I inspected the soffit for the gutters and discovered the soffit was distored from the installation of shingles around the power mast for the electrial. They had to redo this correction twice before it was correct. Also, the shingles were lined up inacorrectly, but line was brought back in line above the sky light. Supervision of project could have better as I look back. I really think 800 New Look do a good job and would probably would use them again."
