| Comment: Home appears to be immaculate, with a full finished lower level with a walk-out. Looks can sometimes be deceiving though. Usually the better the home looks the harder it is to find the annoying defects, if any. Because the lower level is fully finished and very livable, I question whether it has been tested for RADON. Also moisture/mold becomes another concern, with functional showers/tubs in that space. The great room on the main floor has skylights, two of which open. Moisture getting trapped from heating and cooking, let alone roof leaking/flashing problems become questionable. An extensive amount of plumbing and heating issues are presnt in a home of this size and layout. I haven't even started with the well water/treatment system yet. As you can see there are many questions regarding a home inspection for this property. |
