"I was pleased overall, however the fellas need to come back to finish how things work together, they had another appointment and had to leave before the cable was reset and the controllers were cooperating with each other, so my home theatre system does work properly, nor does the DVD--spoke with Eric and he is coming back next week sometime. Also, price was a bit higher than I expected but the guys were polite and did a good job! Would like a follow up to ensure completion of the job. Thank you! "
