"Mark was very professional and thorough. The job of moving our server involved a lot of cables and hardware. When Mark was finished, the massive bundle of cables looked like he had combed them with a fine-tooth comb, because they were so neatly bundled. He checked every connection prior to installation back in the server rack. When it came time to bring the system back on line (always an interesting moment when dealing with a server) the system came back up flawlessly and checked out completely healthy.
