"Tim was very professional and easy to talk with. He advised on the right system and explained my options well. The price was a good one - not the highest and not the lowest. But I felt his way of communicating and explaining, along with hos committment to get it done right was a good value overall. The crew pulling the old boiler was a little sloppy and made some dumb, but small mistales. But his installer was maticulous and did a great job. A few days after the installation, I noticed a small leak. His installer came out the next morning and repaired it quickly. All seems fine and the system is working well."

"I needed the heat pump replaced on my boiler. Called TDH Sunday, service person came out on Mon. (Columbus Day) at 8am. Questions answered and everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Only caveat is I had asked the boss on Sunday to have them take a look at the boiler itself, which is over 25 years old. Said he'd send his best boiler guy out. However, the next morning the service person looked puzzled when I mentioned that. Hope I wasn't given a "line"..."
