"Scheduled for 10 AM. They sent an e-mail saying they couldn't come until PM. For me, would have been better to get a phone call or page. I sometimes don't check my e-mails for days. Guess I wasn't clear enough about what my phone numbers are. Very nice when they did come, and seemed to do a thorough job."
