Comment: ground water flooding for several years hass resulted in mold. A sump pump has been installed and has demonstrated that the water problem in under control. I will be needing to sell the house in several years and at that time will need to show that the mold problem has been taken care of. The existing dry wall and panelling needs to be removed as well as some floor tile. I am looking for advise as to what else needss to be replaced to create a dry-wall finished space.
