"We had an expansion tank on our water heater break. Once I filled out my ServiceMagic form, the dispatcher called right away and was pleasant and friendly. She scheduled for later in the day, but then called back when there was an earlier opening. Brian called when he was on his way, showed up on time, and was very nice. He provided detailed information to my husband and me so that we understood what he was doing. He also helped us with a slow bathtub drain. The total price was $135. I'd certainly use Rooter Man again, if needed!"
