"One word, honest. The repair man initially diagnosed our problem saying a very expensive part needed to be replaced. Then on closer inspection, he realized he was mistaken and discovered the problem was with 2 other parts that were a lot less expensive. Because I am not a furnace repairman, I would not have known the difference but he acknowledged his error and replaced only the parts we needed. He also educated us on basic furnace maintenance to avoid future problems/repairs. The office staff was very professional and personable as well. "
