"Frey Electric answered my request within an hour of my filing it online. He appeared Saturday morning on time. He fixed a faulty flourescent fixture in a very difficult-to-get-at location over the sink, and a second one on the basement steps, ballast added in both cases. I was very happy with his work. Unfortunately, after he left I noticed there was now a hum in the kitchen fluorescent fixture that hadn't been there before. Two days later one of the two fluorescent bulbs failed. So I now must buy another bulb, try to install it myself, and if it doesn't light up, Frey said he would return. So, great service, but not a great result. "
